It detangles and works great when I dry my hair smooth and flat iron it, It makes my hair shine and when it is humid and I can only have curls this product makes my curls look beachy and not frizzy! It does not work well and the spray comes out as a gel substance at times and I have to rub my hands together and smooth over my head. I would find this product for my hair type a little too heavy to be a detangler or leave in as a conditioner.It takes long for me to dry my hair but with this product the effort was so worth it and with nearly no split ends!
