Prompted by a comment in the Discussions of this review, we've fixed a mistake in the Wireless Versatility section which previously listed the Maximum of Paired Devices test result as two, when in fact it's four. We've updated this review to improve clarity and readability and ensure all text is accurate and up-to-date. We've converted this review to Test Bench 1.5. Going wireless ensures that you don't get tangled up in your cord or have to deal with cable drag, and wireless connections have become so reliable that even gaming companies are offering wireless mice with no real lag issues. We've adjusted some of the wording in our Wireless Versatility and Pros and Cons sections. The new wording clarifies that you can use one or two AA batteries to power this mouse and that the need to replace AA batteries may be a negative aspect of this product for some users.

Besides a power and wireless switch, the Mini's bottom has a button for switching among up to four devices such as a laptop, desktop, and tablet or phone, using one 2.4GHz wireless and three Bluetooth connections. The diminutive 2.4GHz USB Type-A dongle, which can also control one of Razer's productivity keyboards, stores for travel in a slot between the batteries if you lift the top lid. The situation is a bit more complicated for people using multiple devices. Bluetooth connections may be stable, but that doesn't mean I want to pair and re-pair my mouse repeatedly. Sometimes, being able to just plug in a mouse seems easier.

More Generic Than Ergonomic 

However, while using two batteries, the mouse will stay powered for extended periods of time, and the mouse won't last as long off of a single cell.
